How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving payment. However, processing time may be slowed when we are closed for the holidays. Or if we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, order processing may be delayed.

How much is shipping?

Everything ships free on All smaller items ship with FedEx, UPS or DHL. All large items ship with one of our freight partners.

Where can you ship to?

Inspire Fitness ships to addresses within the U.S, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. With the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.

What is Affirm Pay Over Time?

Affirm lets you buy now and pay over time with no late fees or surprises. When you buy with Affirm, you always know exactly what you’ll owe and when you’ll be done paying. You’re in control. Pick the payment option that works for you and your budget—from 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks to monthly installments. Once your purchase is complete, you can manage payments in the Affirm app or online.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Credit and Debit cards. We also accept Affirm Pay Over Time for those who qualify.

Am I able to return the product if I decide to?

Yes, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within the first 15 days of the date listed on the purchase invoice with the following guidelines and exceptions: *Sale Items* and *Items that have been mishandled, damaged or altered beyond reason*. Follow the instructions here to process a return.

Will my product come with assembly?

Unfortunately, our products sold on our website do not include assembly and installation. If you’re looking for help with assembly, please reach out to our Customer Service department.


What is an Inspire Fitness Showroom?

A Showroom is a retail partner that carries Inspire Fitness products. All of these partners will include Inspire Fitness products on their Showroom floors so that customers can try before they buy.

How do I find the Showroom located nearest to me?

Visit our Showroom Locator, type in your zip code, and find the Showrooms closest to you.

Centr Subscription

Which products include the 12-month subscription to Centr?

Products that include the app subscripition will have a phone icon under the item and on the product’s detail page. This is limited to the following items; FT1 Functional Trainer, M2 Multi- Gym, M3 Multi-Gym, FT2 Fully Loaded, SCS Fully Loaded, and the CS3.1 Cardio Strider.

How do I redeem my 12-month App subscription that came with my product?

Members will receive an additional email with instructions for redeeming their subscription, after purchase. It will include step by step details for redeeming their new subscription. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folders. If you still cannot locate it, contact our support team

What is Centr's Connection / Relationship with Inspire Fitness?

Centr and Inspire Fitness have partnered to help you train, eat and live better with Chris Hemsworth’s team of experts. Your new Inspire Fitness equipment includes a complimentary subscription to Centr, a personalized digital health and digital fitness program.

Once you claim your free subscription, you can set health and fitness goals, use your equipment with workouts coached by trainers you’ll love, and maximize your results with nutrition and mindfulness tools and expert advice.

What happens after my free trial ends?

With more than 1000 different workouts, 600 recipes as well as meditations and mindfulness there’s a lot to explore on Centr.

If you would like to continue your Centr journey after your free trial period, you don’t have to do a thing – your account will automatically roll over into the new billing period, and your account will be charged the cost of the subscription you selected during sign up.

If you wish to opt out at the end of your free period, simply head to your subscription settings via our website at any time during your free trial and click ‘Cancel Subscription’. Any cancellations will need to be applied no later than 24hrs prior to the end of your free access period to avoid being charged.

Note, this will not cancel your access instantly – you will continue to have access to the program for the remainder of your free period.

Will the app show me exercises to do with my Inspire Fitness equipment?

You will find a range of workouts on Centr designed to help you make the most of your Inspire Fitness equipment – from beginner workouts using resistance bands to strength sessions that will have you building muscle with your functional trainer. Plus, we’re always adding more workouts to keep you moving forward.

To find workouts that use your equipment, head to the Explore section and click on Coached Workouts or Self-Guided Workouts. You can then filter by equipment to find workouts tailored to the Inspire Fitness gear you have.

As an Inspire Fitness customer, am I required to have this app in order to use my equipment?

Not at all! You are free to do your own workouts and training programs on the equipment you have purchased.

However, Centr and Chris’s team of trainers are always at your fingertips to provide expert coaching and guidance on your fitness journey, as well as tailored workout options that will help you get the most out of your Inspire Fitness equipment and yourself.
