I have been using my Inspire M3 now for about 10 months. While it is generally intuitively easy to use especially if you watch available videos it takes some effort and time to expand your exercise repertoire and develop the technique to properly perform the exercises. The supplemental videos are helpful in that regard. I especially enjoy the upper body and arm workouts and the ease of navigating through them. I find without the supplemental lower body equipment which is a separate purchase and adds to the overall size footprint that I don’t achieve the lower body and leg workouts I might have hoped for.
Be careful as you begin to not rapidly lift the weight stack into the pulley or you will have the plastic break and require replacement which can be difficult to tell while facing backwards to the machine. Also due to faulty set up the plastic coated cord rubbed against the machine and severely shred which also required replacement. My dealer was great and remedied these issues. Should have been provided 2 wrist/ankle straps as the ones I purchased online slip and can result in weight stack crashing down but fortunately so far no damage.
Overall great machine and I have worked into a 3-4 days per week routine and have found results. I hope to use it for years to come.

I love my M3 multi gym. I have been using the machine for about 9 months now. Took me a week to get the unit fully assembled, but I was only able to work on it for about an hour after work each night. Assembly is easy enough for anyone with a little bit of mechanical knowledge and an ability to follow diagrams. I took my time to make sure I strung all cables correctly to prevent any cable damage with use.
The movements of the machine are very smooth and as good in quality as any machine found at your local gym. I love the convenience of coming home from work and doing a solid workout without waiting for other people to have their turn, and I don’t have to drive 20 minutes one-way to get to my nearest gym.
With high, mid, and low pulleys, independent press arms, an ab crunch ability built in with the headrest, a multi-position backrest, and a leg curl/extension component, the possibilities are endless. Nearly every muscle group can be worked from different angles and positions to continue stimulating strength and mass gains.
I have increased my strength and packed on a few pounds of muscle to produce significantly noticeable gains all while decreasing my body fat percentage.
Hands-down one of the best pieces of fitness equipment I have ever purchased. If you’re looking to purchase a home gym, I strongly suggest looking at Inspire. There may be other systems that are similar with a slightly lower price tag, but I promise you, the M3 has a better design with more options for isolated workouts, a modest footprint, and an amazing commercial grade feel.
