All orders placed on InspireFitness.com are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving payment. Processing time may be slowed when we are closed for holidays. Or if we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, order processing may be delayed.
All smaller items ship with FedEx, UPS or DHL, regular ground shipping. Tracking is provided after the order ships. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address associated with the order. Expedited shipping is not available.
All large equipment ships with one of our freight partners, tracking is provided after the order ships. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address associated with the order. Shipping for freight orders can take 5-10 business days in transit. Expedited shipping is not available. Customers must provide a valid phone number when ordering as the freight companies will not deliver without a scheduled appointment and they need to call you to make the appointment. If an invalid phone number is given, the shipment is subject to storage fees, late delivery fees, or in some cases, the product will be returned to Inspire Fitness at the buyer’s expense. Customers must provide an accurate ship-to address, once these are shipped the freight company will charge a very expensive “re-routing” fee at the buyer’s expense if a wrong address is provided.
Inspire Fitness ships to addresses within the U.S, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. With the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States.
Inspire Fitness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please decline the shipment and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
